Recognized for a deep understanding of project controls and lifecycle cost management for large-scale, complex government projects.
Key expertise includes baseline development, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, schedule development, risk analysis, lifecycle cost estimating, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Skilled in proposal evaluation, contract selection, and stakeholder coordination.
Notable projects include contributions to the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), a global fusion energy initiative. Previous experience at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory included developing cost estimates to support the transfer of facilities from Deactivation & Decommissioning (D&D) to Environmental Management (EM).
