A seasoned Project Engineer and Estimator with extensive experience supporting high-impact U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) initiatives across new process development, manufacturing, and waste management facilities. Recognized for a deep understanding of project controls and lifecycle cost management for large-scale, complex government projects.

Key expertise includes baseline development, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, schedule development, risk analysis, lifecycle cost estimating, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Skilled in proposal evaluation, contract selection, and stakeholder coordination.

Notable projects include contributions to the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), a global fusion energy initiative. At ITER, led efforts in project change control, baseline revision, cost verification, risk mitigation, and budget alignment for a €1.5B Assembly and Installation scope.

Previous experience at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory included developing cost estimates to support the transfer of facilities from Deactivation & Decommissioning (D&D) to Environmental Management (EM).

Served as a Project Controls Specialist on Energy Power Uprate (EPU) initiatives, bridging communication between site teams and cost contractors to oversee lifecycle re-estimation, forecasting, and EVMS reporting.

Additional DOE-focused roles include:

  • Lead Estimator and Risk Analyst for the Solid Waste Disposition and Disposal Project at the Hanford Nuclear Site (Richland Operations Office)

  • Developer of Independent Government Estimates and lifecycle baselines for multiple DOE sites

  • Contributor to baseline development, cost estimating, scheduling, and BOE creation for various D&D and waste disposition projects
